My Story, I am quite certain that most of you have a box full of knives laying around with grandpa's pocket knife that he carried around for like 50 years. Or maybe some old rusty abused kitchen knives that may need to be repaired and sharpened. I have been sharpening, polishing and working with metal for over 20 years and still have that Blazin desire for sharp tools and knives. Call me crazy if you want but I believe in keeping myself safe while finding my way around the kitchen doing a little chop here and a little chop there. Therefor Blazin Sharp was born to keep you doing what you do best (Keeping that grub flowing) without having to worry about lopping off a few fingers and maybe and arm or two.
